I have a fear of going to the dentist. Never been since I was in high school and I am in my 30's today. Having moved back to my hometown of Queens, I figured it was time to get a check up as they were walking distance from my apartment. At first, I was very nervous and was not in the mood for lectures due to my unwillingness of going to the dentist.

I was quite surprised when their entire staff welcomed me and completely understood why I never went back to the dentist. They were not condescending in the slightest. There was no waiting either. They told me 5:00 pm and I was sitting in the chair within minutes.

Considering it has been over a decade since I have gotten my teeth checked, there was a lot that needed to be done. Both Dr. Faigen and Dr. Bergida thoroughly examined my teeth without rushing despite having to go room to room attending to other patients. They would joke and made me feel extremely comfortable.

I am terrible with names, but I had two different hygienists clean my teeth (over two appointments - deep cleaning). They both did such a fantastic job. They didn't rush. They made sure I felt no pain. They were both very informative on proper at home care for my teeth. Extremely professional. My teeth have never looked better even when I was going to the dentist regularly as a teenager.

I also needed to get a filling done. Dr. Faigen was extremely cordial and such a professional. He talked me thru every step of the procedure and made sure I was 100% comfortable. The entire experience did not feel like I was getting a filling done, but hanging out with a friend.

I don't write reviews ever (you can see that this is my first). I felt compelled to do this one which is a testament as to how great their service is. The entire staff are A+ professionals. Their prices are hard to beat as well if you do not have insurance. Their hours are very flexible for those who work until 5 or later. They are also open on Sundays as well. I highly recommend anyone to give this place a try. You will not regret it.

Went in today for the first time, nothing wrong just general check up and cleaning, walked in casually to see if by any chance they could take me as a new patient and how long it'll take. So the staff was just super friendly and laid back. She said they could take me today and wouldn't have to wait when I come in on my appointment time. While I was doing the paperwork, Dr. Faigen came out and greeted me and introduced himself. I haven't felt that much hospitality since I left home down south. sure enough I get there on time and no waiting. Both doctors, DR. Bergida and Dr. faigen were wonderful. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. During my cleaning, the dental hygienist was also very very good. I was very comfortable, they didn't push to sell me any products like others have and again all very friendly and easy to talk to. They seem to really care about the patients and do what's in the patients best interest and what the patient wants. Definitely recommend this dentistry in the area. It could be hard to miss since it's a small sign, I mean, I been in the area two years and don't know how many times I walk passed it and didn't notice it.

Dr. Faigen is honest and caring. Was very satisfied with the dedication and thorough explanation from him. The office staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, made me feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a honest, great dentist.

I am so happy to have gone to Kew Dental Care. They took me in at the last minute and were very helpful. I am really scared of dental appointments but Dr. Faigen put me at ease and treated me as family. He carefully explained different options and said that if I wanted to consult him again after seeing the specialist, he would gladly oblige. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Faigen shows generosity, integrity, and genuine care for his patients. Helped us out with emergency care and we are very much grateful for it.

Excellent professional care and treatment from Dr. Faigen who took the time to explain all the options available to me. The reception desk team also very friendly and helpful. However a painful dental hygienist experience and lecture almost took my rating down to 4 stars! Aside from that, highly recommended.

Hadn't been to a dentist since prior Covid and decided to try Kew Dental Care in Kew Gardens. They were excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend. The hygienist was great and the dentist even better.
